Today more than ever it is important to know consumers tastes and behaviors in order to push our customers to buy our products again and induce non-customers to do so too.
The Fidelity Card module fully accomplishes both customers’ loyalty requirements and the business objective of maximizing sales through a diverse set of features (e.g., 3-for-2 promotion, additional bonus, customized price list). At the time of purchase the cardholder will be able to accumulate points, which will then be used to generate discount coupons and/or to collect prizes.
Cards can be delivered to customers directly at the point of sale, they are immediately active, and can be easily customized with the business’ loyalty program (e.g., one point for each euro/ dollar spent, discount coupon equal to 10% of the purchase price).
Furthermore, IPV5 centralized management allows to perform a wide range of actions including customer census, lock/ unlock of loyalty cards, merge of points of different cards, manual editing of the points and many more. The Fidelity Card module will allow the business owner to keep track of his customers and to monitor their preferences and spending behaviors, having full control on all trasactions.
